Your Everyday Rewards Card makes it easier for you to earn, store and redeem your fuel saving vouchers (“e-vouchers”), as well as bringing you a range of other benefits.
If you only want to use your card as a convenient way to store and redeem your e-vouchers then you do not need to register. However, if you would like to receive the other benefits Everyday Rewards has to offer, you must register your card.
This Everyday Rewards Customer Charter confirms our commitment to protecting the personal information you entrust to us.
Why do we need your details?
We collect your personal details so that we can improve the service we offer you and reward you for shopping with us, including:
(a) allowing you the convenience of checking your e-voucher tally or linking other cards to your card so your family can share in the e-vouchers;
(b) entering your name in our great prize draws;
(c) providing you with special offers relevant to you; and
(d) assisting us in planning, developing and researching product and service offerings involving the Woolworths Group.
You can unsubscribe from receiving special offers from Woolworths businesses at any time. You can tell us which Woolworths business you do not wish to receive offers from in the future by contacting the Everyday Rewards Customer Service team on 1300 10 1234 or by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of an email that you have received from Everyday Rewards.
If you register and then decide to remove your personal details from the Everyday Rewards program you can deregister your card. You will still be able to use your card as a convenient way to store and redeem your fuel saving vouchers. However, you will no longer be able to track where you have accrued and redeemed your fuel saving vouchers, be linked to other cardholders or receive special offers.
If you no longer wish to be a member of Everyday Rewards you can cancel your card. If you choose to cancel your card you will not be able to use it to store or redeem fuel saving offers or receive Other Benefits. To cancel your card call Customer Service on 1300 10 1234.
What information do we collect and store?
We collect and store the information you provide to us on registration, when you respond to surveys, or make suggestions by email or through our blog and shopping information, including your fuel savings vouchers. We will also electronically scan future offers against your recent purchases to ensure that you only receive offers that are relevant to you.
We have relationships with third parties to whom we make disclosures of your personal information in connection with such uses including call centres, mailing houses and printers and to those with whom we have alliance arrangements, where our disclosure is for the purpose of the uses to which you consent.These third party organisations are required to protect your information and privacy in the same way Woolworths does - and we check that they do.
Woolworths commitment to your privacy
We treat your personal information as if it were our own. Access is restricted and we have strict rules with sophisticated system safeguards. We ensure that all staff with access to your information are trained in these privacy and security requirements and we have internal processes that monitor our compliance with this Charter and the Privacy Act 1988.
